What’s your return policy?
We do not accept return items however please email if you plan on doing so so we can compensate in some kind of way.
We understand each situation is different so we will do our best in addressing each situation as it comes. Please be patient, kind and considerate.
Your Order # must be provided in email.
No full refunds. All sales final. Only store credit.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us in our emails and we’ll be sure to get you the Baci Blu product you ordered!
